 What is it?

"Get with the Program" is our new promotion. Everyone that comes in the gym has the option to purchase it with their membership.
Included in the promotion is three personal training sessions where we will design three programs for you. As you continue to do the programs there will be a trainer free at all times for questions, and he/she will also help your program evolve as your fitness increases.

So all together three training sessions,  three evolving programs, unlimited professional training advice and attention, and amazing results are all included! Right now it is free until March. So come and try it out and get your new program! 

Get Fit Challenge

Discounts for challengers only include:
1. Personal training $45 per session
2. 20/20 personal training $25 per session
3. Drop in rate for group classes $5
4. 3 month gym membership $90
5. P-MAX-90 $10 per workout (12 minimum) starts Jan 3rd
Point Earned By:
Points are earned by participating in weekly challenges, overall attendance in group classes, Regular use of gym weekly (most consecutive), collecting the most meters on the rower, collecting the most points on the "Crossrobic Stairmaster", Signing up and completing local run/runs, attendance at seminars and weigh-ins, and most weight loss, most muscle gain, and most fat loss.
The goal is to focus on being active and to participate as much as you can! The results: weight loss, and muscle gain will happen Guaranteed!
