Hi
I just earned certification as a level 2 ski instructor and I especially want to thank Sam and Edwin for helping me achieve success.  It was a physically challenging 5 day course where they really test your limits but with a strong core and plenty of endurance I was able to persevere.  Thank you Sam and Edwin for keeping me motivated at the gym so I was able to push myself throughout the entire course.  Success is sweet but I sure am glad it is behind me.  I will continue to work hard at the gym because I don't want to lose this accomplishment.

Isagenix Cleanse: Sams before photo

Sam has started his Isagenix cleanse, he is currently in the 9 day cleanse which is followed by a 30 day cleanse. We are going to update everyone on his result photos through out the cleanse. This is his before photo.

Exercise of the Week!

New exercise of the week!

Ball slams are great for interval training. They work your entire body at once, and also keep your heart rate up. Do 20 to 30 reps at a time, or more depending on the weight of the ball you are using.

This work out is best suited for people who are level 2 and above (level 2 is intermediate).
