Sam's Isagenix Cleanse Conclusion

In conclusion,

As a rule I never candy coat anything (except when I’m sweet talking my wife). So here we go:

“My personal experience” with the Isagenix cleanse was a roller coaster of feelings and challenges, some great and some not so great. BUT like anything that is worth while we all should be prepared for a certain amount of commitment, effort, and struggle.  Let me start off with highlighting some positive parts first: CRAZY FAST weight–loss would be the biggest reaction to the cleanse. Remember, I am a personal trainer that really didn’t need to lose weight, well..... according to what all my clients tell me. So when I chose to do the “9 day accelerated” 30 day version of the Isagenix cleanse my weight dropped like a elevator with no breaks, 7lbs in 4 days  and 9lbs in the first week! I quickly second guessed my decision, but remained on the course.  During the 9 days I lost 11lbs! I felt gaunt and glad to be done with those cleanse days. Even though they were tough I felt some amazing responses to my body. Just to list one unexpected responses, I got bionic hearing, ya! My ears cleaned themselves out and produced this long waxy product that I pulled out one day while sitting at my desk.  Also, when ever I was in a calm state I could feel stuff happening inside, my organs were clearly up to something. My stool was the healthiest it ever was. I never had an issue with being regular but stool texture wasn’t ideal. I’m sure this was due to my previous unhealthy addiction to coffee(4-5 cups a day). I now enjoy a balanced 1 cup a day, with one cream(previously would have two creams). The funny thing is that these adjustments happened naturally, not forced or out of guilt. So I guess you could say I now enjoy a more balanced sense of energy throughout the day which is a result of the cleanse as well!

Other positives:

A sense of control, no guilt or remorse for poor nutrition choices(simple structure of shake days with snack, meal options)
Easy to structure meal/snacks with my busy life really simplified my nutrition planning
Amazing sleep (Ionix- supreme is very effective) wild dreams every night made sleep very entertaining
Didn’t compromise muscle-loss for fat-loss, I absolutely didn’t want to lose any muscle not even 1lbs
The vanilla shakes are very yummy (others like the chocolate better) all product and supplements are second to no other, highest quality and very tasty
Fast and organize company to place orders and to do business
I broke a lot of bad habits and did a lot of self inventory over the thirty days which was a real eye opener

Now for the flip side(not so great aspects):

Like anything in life “You get what you put into it!” this is not some wonder drug or magic formula that just does what ever you wish and you don’t have to put forth any effort. That said I followed the system as best as I could possibly, even when I was at social events, special occasions with the family, and just the day to day challenges that can try to throw you off.
The cleanse days are the most challenging, will power is a must. You can’t make the error of foolish thinking like “I’m special so there are different rules for me” wrong! Suck it up, do it right or not and only experience mediocre result.
I have now been working with many other clients and there are really only two responses: 1. WOW! it works great, I got great results,I did it just the way I was supposed to. OR 2. Well......it was ok, I didn’t really like the (whatever) and I couldn’t really do the (whatever) so I don’t think the cleanse is that great. (There will always be people that will do better than others simply because of the difference in genetics and overall weight)
The Ionix supreme nightly drink(2 ounces) was nasty! At first but by the half way point it started to become more pleasant
Doing back to back cleanse days is tough and can make just thinking straight difficult, not good to time this on important decision days or highly stressful days, that said if you do the normal 30 day cleanse, cleanse days are spaced every six days over the duration of thirty days(not back to back with only five days between before doing another two cleanse days all within nine days)

Things worth noting:

The products may have a hefty grand total when you add up the total amount for the month, remember this is for 30 days, no cleanse on any shelf is inexpensive and most cleanse just cover one or two weeks supply of product, I feel you get so much more with the Isagenix. Also to be noted that you will break bad spending habits like, going for treats at the local coffee shop, or company cafeteria. You won’t be spending money on alcohol or coffee during these 30 days or eating at fast food joints, that all ads up. In reality you can end up saving money at the end of the 30 days!

There is room to customise all cleanse to suit you and your goals, this is not a one size fits all approach, I made many adjustments during the coarse of my 30 days, if you are not certain of what your may need to change or what some options are just talk to us we offer complete coaching along the way to keep you on track

Speaking of planning, you need to take time to seriously consider the next 30 days that will accommodate your cleanse, you are only human and choosing the right time and planning your social/work or family events will make this easy or almost impossible, don’t throw your money away by setting yourself up for failure, planning is critical

Finally,  remember this is a cleanse not a weight-loss program, weight-loss is one of the many positive responses you will enjoy as your body is eliminating the toxins in your fat. Don’t neglect to recognize that our bodies are warehouse for many toxins stored throughout the whole body and in all our cells. Take a complete approach to achieve wellness by resolving to enjoy the changes you make through the cleanse and take note of the cleaner healthier you!

Testimonial

Hi
I just earned certification as a level 2 ski instructor and I especially want to thank Sam and Edwin for helping me achieve success.  It was a physically challenging 5 day course where they really test your limits but with a strong core and plenty of endurance I was able to persevere.  Thank you Sam and Edwin for keeping me motivated at the gym so I was able to push myself throughout the entire course.  Success is sweet but I sure am glad it is behind me.  I will continue to work hard at the gym because I don't want to lose this accomplishment.
Thanks again, see you Monday.
